Guidelines for Short Presentations
To ensure a smooth and engaging experience during the ICEBreaker Event, presenting students are required to adhere to the following submission guidelines. Please follow the instructions carefully for a successful submission by December 28, 2023.
Content Requirements
Preapre a write-up in the IEEE Conference format. The write-up should include the following sections:

Abstract (300 words or less):
Provide a concise abstract that covers:- Motivation
- Approach
- Primary findings of your ongoing/any past AI/IoT research.

Significance Statement (200 words or less):
Craft a significance statement that includes:- Importance/benefits of the research
- Current results
- Quantitative comparison with the State-of-the-Art
Shortlists and Awards
Presentation Selection
Notifications for presentation selection will be sent by December 30, 2023. If your abstract is chosen, you will be requested to present a 5-slide summary of your work during the ICEBreaker Event. The chairs will contact you directly for this purpose.
Awards and Opportunities
There would be awards for the Best Student Presentation. TThe top contributors will also be invited for a peerreviewed separate 5-page paper submission in IEEE D&T issue.
